3. All the moulds must be inspected and tested before delivery to reach 100% qualified

5. We can provide a whole set of technical support including extruder election, formula process and extrusion mould.
6. Material of the mould: Special and superior stainless steel. Mould material is 3Cr17 Mo made in China. The hardness of stainless steel is HRC28-33. You can choose Germany or American material to make mould
7. According to your request, mould can be post-co extrusion, color co extrusion, embossing co extrusion, surface layer and so on.
8. Various series of moulds for casement window, sliding window, side hung window, Louver, window with screen hung window, Louver, window with screen sash, fanlight, French window and so on.
